Order processing time
Orders received before 1:00 PM on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders after 1:00 PM or on weekends — the next business day.
After dispatch you will receive a tracking number by e-mail or SMS.
Tracking your parcel
You can track delivery status on the Zásilkovna website: zasilkovna.cz — tracking using the number from your confirmation e-mail.
Payment methods
Bank card SOON
Visa, Mastercard. Pay online at checkout. Secure gateway.
Bank transfer
Prepayment to the company account. The order ships once payment is received.
Cash on delivery
Pay by cash or card when you receive the parcel from the Zásilkovna courier.
Online payment SOON
Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Important about delivering tobacco products
- Delivery is only possible to persons over 18 years of age. The Zásilkovna courier may request ID.
- Hookah Market is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.
What to do if your parcel is damaged?
